The Iowa Department of Education has provided additional information for the buildings and districts, including templates for parent/family notification of choice and supplemental educational services.  Our action plan templates are also available at this site.

You can also access on this web site the PowerPoint on Supplemental Educational Services that was presented at our August, 2008, meeting as well as a list of providers, a summary sheet on supplemental educational services, and the toolkit provided by the Iowa Department of Education.
